Jane Ross Potter, Ph.D

Jane received her Ph.D in bio-chemistry from New York University. She has been interested in the connection between food and health since her college days, when she became a vegetarian at age 17. After a serious illness, Dr. Potter began a personal quest to understand and apply the links between good nutrition and health. This book grew in part from her personal experience and her extensive studies.

Jane is also the author of a mystery novel, Because It’s There, a 2007 Indie Excellence Finalist and is a practicing attorney in Seattle, WA.
