Returns & Exchanges
Products can only be returned in new and unused condition within five days of your receipt with the exception of products that are defective. All returns require a Return Authorization number prior to shipping. Returns without a Return authorization number or items shipped freight collect will not be accepted. If your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 5 days of receipt. Sales are final on custom items and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for defective items. Unless defective, returned products will be exchanged for credit towards future purchases.

In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping it is the policy of Our Little Books™ to follow the same policy and procedures of the respective shipping company. The customer, or receiver, to whom the package is addressed must report the damage to the shipping company (ie: USPS) within 5 business days of the receipt of the damaged package
